Step 1: Register Your Complaint with Us

Step 2: Our Internal Grievance Resolution Process

– We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt.
– Our team will investigate the matter and provide a final resolution within 30 calendar days.
– Updates will be provided if additional time or documents are required.
– All actions taken shall be documented and communicated to you in writing.

Step 3: Escalation through SEBI SCORES Platform

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to SEBI through its online complaint redressal system:
